Tonight’s Workout:

HIIT on the treadmill- 1 minute at 6 mph. then 1 minute at 7.5 mph for 10 minutes.
Then using my NTC app for a 45 minute toning workout.

Banana Pancakes for One(Serves One. Duh!)
1/3 cup flour (sis used whole-wheat pastry flour) (You can use gluten-free)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup nondairy milk
dash salt
Mix the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mash the banana and then add the other liquid ingredients. Stir the dry into the wet. Then make yur pan-a-cakes! (Makes 4-5)
